Can I change my plan later?

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. There is a $9.99 minimum meal subtotal per delivery window to ensure courier economics remain sustainable.
How does skip and pause work?
You can skip individual days or pause your entire subscription from your dashboard. Changes made before the cutoff time for that day will not be charged.
What happens if my meal is late or has an issue?
Report the issue through the app and we will credit your account. Our quality reserve system ensures accountability at every step.
How does the Office Team plan billing work?
